Terry-Pauline Price
Terry has been a successful full-time artist for over a decade. Born in Melbourne to a family of artists and musicians and a direct descendant of Schumann, the German composer. It's not surprising that she felt driven to paint from a very young age. Inspired by the works of McCubbin and Tom Roberts, Terry's paintings of the Australian native bushland combine elements of traditional and naive art with surreal and mysterious compositions.
Terry's paintings allow the viewer to exist in a space where we never have to grow up. We are invited to take a quiet moment from our bustling lifestyle to explore the tranquil simplicities of our natural surroundings and our boundless imagination.
Terry has been successfully exhibiting solo since 1986 and her work is collected throughout Australia, New Zealand, France, Italy and England. As an award winning artist, Terry has executed many successful commissions and is represented in numerous private collections.
